What must I do to receive salvation?
To receive salvation, you simply need to trust Jesus as your Savior and believe He died for your sins and rose again. It’s not about following a list of steps but putting your faith in Him. Here are the main things to do:
Believe in Jesus — trust that He is the Son of God who died for your sins and rose to give you new life (John 3:16; Romans 10:9).
Repent — admit you’re a sinner and decide to turn away from your old way of living (Acts 3:19; Luke 13:3).
Confess — tell God you believe in Jesus and want to follow Him (Romans 10:10).
Receive Him by faith — accept Jesus into your heart, trusting in His sacrifice as enough to forgive you (John 1:12; Ephesians 2:8-9).
Be baptized — this is an important act of faith that shows you’re serious about following Jesus and trusting in His salvation (Acts 2:38).
When you do these things, God promises you forgiveness and a new life in Him. It’s all about trusting Jesus completely!
